A Seamless Online Experience

Our friends, DC Print, are a print, promotional and signage company based in Tallaght. They approached Journey to help them bring their successful 25-year-old business online, showcasing their range of products and allowing customers to compile lists of items they are interested in and submit quote requests seamlessly.

Our clients already had a well-recognised brand identity, so we used it as inspiration to create a fresh, colourful website that captures the essence of the print industry.

With so many products, it was essential to focus on a simple customer journey that would not overwhelm the customer with ‘too much’ choice. We achieved this by categorising DC Print’s complete product portfolio into 6 distinct areas with sub-categories so that clients can very quickly get to what they need without feeling overwhelmed. Furthermore, we have included features such as an area for clients to easily “request a quote” or “upload their artwork,” which benefits them and the team at DC Print.
