Fuelled by my family, a good pint of Guinness and walking in our beautiful country, I lead this amazing team of designers, craftsmen, strategists and innovators that make up Journey. A more than 30 year veteran of the printing industry, the love of good design, paper, ink, and the feel and smell of the finished product still excites me.

Dermot has ink in his veins… having progressed from painting murals on his art room ceiling in school, he brought his creativity into a print apprenticeship and 30 years later takes care of our large format print and display department. Those 30 years have seen Dermot print just about anything than can be printed on paper, plastic or fabric… so if it’s got ink on it, Dermot can help!

Whether designing a brochure, creating a new packaging design or brainstorming concepts for a new logo, James’ passion for design and enthusiasm for our clients and their brands shines through. Bursting with creativity and with a wealth of experience, he is a core member of the Journey team. His hipster vibe isn’t fake either, he genuinely does love craft beer, foreign cinema and weekend brunches!

Tennis nut, record lover, proud slave to a cat called Sansa, and designer of all things beautiful! I’ve been in love with art and design since the day I picked up my first crayon. Constantly drawing, doodling and making things as I grew up, I always knew that I wanted to pursue a creative career. I’m a firm believer in the power of a strong concept with an unexpected execution and I challenge myself to keep these beliefs in mind with every project.

Absolute lover of music, movies… and coffee. I thoroughly enjoy working with our clients to design, create and build beautiful and functional exhibition stands. I have always had a keen interest in what’s new in the tech and design world and how I can apply that to our clients projects to deliver a fresh and exciting outcome.

Father of two who loves nothing better than getting on a plane and exploring this lovely little planet of ours (Greta would not be happy). If I can't get on a plane you’ll find me watching anything that has a ball in it - be it kicked, thrown or hit… which probably explains why there is still no Sky sports in my house! I retrained, in what was my original chosen career of graphic design, after a 20 year paid banking sabbatical….. here’s hoping it was worth it!

Since her earliest days peddling popcorn at age 7, Christina has had a talent for business and a love of marketing. Whether she is creating a brand story for a company, doing site audits, social media strategy or writing blog articles, she is genuinely passionate about learning about each client in order to formulate solutions that create results for their business.

As a digital architect, Ian maintains the software, content management systems, and overall technical frameworks of the company’s most innovative projects. Working closely with our creative team to create beautiful, clean websites, Ian is a talented and experienced web developer, lover of all things SCI-FI, wannabe darts player and a Liverpool fanatic all rolled into one! #6times #MayTheForceBeWithYou #180.

Father of 5 (including 3 dogs!), DIY-head, guitar aficionado and printer. I've been lucky enough to evolve with the print trade learning the art of letterpress, embossing, thermography, foiling etc through to lithography, gravure, digital printing, and back again to letterpress as demand for the art skyrockets. I really enjoy collaborating with our top printers & designers here in Journey, helping make their amazing creations come to life and jump off the paper. It's an absolute pleasure to be part of this incredible team of nice people who are top of their game.

Proud Dad of two, a big sports fan, music enthusiast and lithographic & print finisher. I’ve had many years of experience working on printing presses of all shapes and sizes producing a wide range of both commercial and specialised print. I take pride in creating a product of the highest quality that meets our customers expectations and feel incredibly fortunate working at Journey with people who share the same passion as I do.
